His funeral services were conducted from the Christian churchat Loyal, OK July 18 by the Rev. J. W. Flucke of Kingfisher and intermentwas made at the Loyal cemetary. He leaves to mourn his loss, his loving parents, Dick and Bess Bollencah, his grandparents, Mrs. & Mr. J.M. Sullivan of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. LizzeSwartz of Jeffers, MN and many other relatives and a host of friends. Little James' untimely death came to the entire neighborhood of Loyal as a great shock that could scarcely be believed. But it was true. Yes, thehappy, sweet and loving little life so quickly could be stilled while at play. He was always of such a happy disposition, always singing and gay, hissmiling face radiating sunshine and making everyone around him happy and glad tobe with him. He was a great lover of flowers and all his pets were dear tohim. He was a king and loyal friend to everyone he knew. He was the only child of Dick and Bess Bollenbach and what his loss is tothem cannot be put into words. But the good Lord has said, "Suffer the little children to come unot me and forbid them no, for of such is the Kingdom of heaven." So we must take comfort in the following words: Our sweet little darling has gone from this earth, To live with Our Father above, Our life is so empty without our dear boy, On whom we have lavished our love, But one sweet thought that will comfort our hearts When the trials of our life is over There will be beckoning hands waving to us On the banks of the other shore.
